Lucknow: Marking the occasion of International Yoga Day, the Lucknow Zone of Bank of Baroda organized a special yoga camp at its Zonal Office in Gomti Nagar on Sunday. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from staff members representing the Lucknow Zonal Office, Lucknow Metro Region, Lucknow District Region, and various branches across the city.
During the yoga session, participants practiced a variety of yoga postures, pranayama techniques, and meditation exercises under expert guidance. The program also highlighted the numerous physical and mental health benefits of yoga, emphasizing its role in promoting overall well-being and stress management.
Senior officials of the bank were present on the occasion, including Deputy General Manager of the Lucknow Zone, Sachin Verma, and Deputy General Manager and Regional Head of the Lucknow Metro Region, Aditya Kumar Kannaujia, along with other senior executives.
